Scroll down to "sweepstakes" images, close to the bottom on the right hand side. The first picture here will always be the picture that is in the guide note at the top of the page. If you see a picture there that you like, then use the double arrow to the left to move the new picture to the first slot, then click the little button that looks like a thumbtack to "pin" the picture, it will stay in place this way. If you don't see a picture you like, then click more to see additional ones. If you still don't see one you like, then go to Google images to find one you want to use, then go back to your page and click "add image" paste in the URL for the picture you want to use and follow the steps I just listed above.
