How can I add "clickable" hyperlinks (links) in my mahalo profile ?
I've always been curious about how to do this, I tried using the WYSIWYG edditor and then copying the result(s) , But this didn't work.
Is there something I am doing wrong ?
Any info would be very helpful.

You can add 1 external link by filling out the "Blog Url" in the Other profiles section.

The end result is an external link

You don't really... but...
If you go into your Profile, click on Settings (upper right corner) and then select Other Profiles (left side), you can enter in a number of things including a blog URL.
This is about the only way you can do a clickable hyperlink in your profile.

The Doctor is right. Mahalo Answers appears to be running a pretty strong HTML stripper on the textarea form submissions. I tried interrupting the = div ? and other normal tricks, but nothing worked. All HTML tags are disabled within the profile data entry field.
This is done for a good reason, as there are security concerns. However, if Mahalo Answers wanted to be nice to us, they could enable the = a ? tag only (which wouldn't be all that risky).

I agree that one should keep security in mind, but it makes no sense, from the security point of view, to ban HTML code from profile pages, while it can still be easily inserted in responses and questions.
(but not in comments, apparently...)

I think probably the most secure way would just to put specific fields for them like we have when answering a question to add Video/Photos/Audio in a answer.
Perhaps there could also be a field like this for our profiles as well; BUT instead of going to the end of the body it could just go to where ever you a user would "+URL" it. :o)
Hope you guys follow what i'm saying.
