Hay need some help. Any clothing, which is considered profane, obscene, suggestive, morbid, or displays violen

ce, drugs or alcohol, is prohibited. This INCLUDES BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO images of skulls, daggers/weapons, and grotesque objects. This will be strictly enforced. Does this mean anything on that list is not allowed???

Allow me rephrase:

"Hay (sic) need some help.
'Any clothing, which is considered profane, obscene, suggestive, morbid, or displays violence, drugs or alcohol, is prohibited. This INCLUDES BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO images of skulls, daggers/weapons, and grotesque objects. This will be strictly enforced.'
Does this mean anything on that list is not allowed???"

I think you answered your own question. The answer is - yes.

In other words the quote is giving you examples of things that are considered profane, obscene, etc. but the list is not exhaustive. This means that if you have a shirt with a cartoon image of someone being decapitated or a picture of a person drinking from a brown paper bag it will be prohibited even though it was not explicitly listed.

It sounds to me like they are saying anything on that list would not be allowed. However, it's a fairly inclusive list..Here is a shirt that would be allowed...

Wearing underwear seems suggestive to me. At least, t shirts started as underwear and are still used as such by many folks. And, what if it gets wet?

This restriction is written so broadly that it could cover anything, and far more than whoever wrote it really meant. Profane means anything that is not sacred but most religions use images which are violent or morbid. A very popular religion uses an ancient device for torture and execution as its symbol.
I have two suggestions. One is to wear an non-violent, non-morbid religiously decorated item such as this t-shirt.
But, even safer would be to avoid clothing altogether and go naked.
