No, I really don't think it's there yet. There are other services, and more significantly, Mashable hasn't really talked about Mahalo Answer's Twitter function. I think this may be because many answerers here don't take the time to make sure the asker got tweeted the answer.

I don't think its a take the time issue, its an understanding/integration problem. I don't have a clue how to Tweet an answer to an asker. I don't have a twitter account, and haven't a clue how to use it.. Never needed/wanted one.. There needs to be some kind of integration between the two sites, or most answers to twitter questions will never reach the asker who used twitter...

Answers to questions from Twitter are automatically sent the asker through the Mahalo account. There isn't any need for you to do anything other then answer the question.

I don't think so. I honestly haven't seen Mahalo being linked to from Twitter at all and I don't think it has the mindshare at this point in time. That could change soon though.
