Without any notice from @mike, the problem was fixed for me on the 2nd.
I went in to the tips section and requested a payment. My tip now says that it's pending.
So, hopefully everything processes without a hitch on the 15th.
There have been some pretty serious (non tip related) problems since Friday, Philipy. I wouldn't get too worried about things. Mike committed to solving the problem and said that even though it hadn't been solved that payouts would process normally even if they had to be done manually.
It is sort of crappy that you haven't heard anything back from them about this... let alone that this is a problem at all. However, I can speak from first hand experience when I say that processing payments can be deceptively difficult until all of the kinks are worked out. Keep on top of them, but remember that this is a beta system and that there are bound to be problems.
That being said, I'll be disappointed if the tips aren't processed this month or if they're as late as last month.

I didn't request payment last month because I didn't realize MA operates on Greenwich Mean Time, so I was several hours too late. I figured I'd just let it build a month, which means it should arrive in my account just in time to pay one of my utility bills!
I, too, hope they're on time.

Answered Question

Mahalo is adding a tip to all questions that don't offer a tip.
Has anyone succeeded in putting in a payment request in the last week?
I tried all last week, and I haven't been able to put the request in because of the bug that thinks I already put a request in.
I sent an email to feedback@mahalo.com and got no reply.
I followed the instructions @mike gave to @robbrown to send him a direct question with a request for payment if the problem wasn't fixed by April 3rd. All that happened was that he said "it should be ok now, try one more time". That did not work, and I have heard nothing more in response to letting him know that it didn't work.
On top of all the other problems MA has been having, I'm getting pretty annoyed.
Has anyone succeeded in putting in a payment request through the normal interface?
Has anyone succeeded in requesting a manual payment by asking @mike?
How do I get this resolved asap? It is already way beyond a joke, and over a week since I first notified the problem.

Yes, I did mine a day early, right after someone posted a question about it last week asking who was going to wait until the last minute. It was simple, and showed pending immediately, and still shows as pending. I didn't request payment last month because I didn't realize MA operates on Greenwich Mean Time, so I was several hours too late. I figured I'd just let it build a month, which means it should arrive in my account just in time to pay one of my utility bills!

Nope, I then transfer it to my bank account.
Some hotels accept Paypal, though. Several years ago my husband got stranded in Chicago at a convention when a winter storm hit, and he paid for his hotel with Paypal.
