Does the Mahalo feedback service work?

I've been Inappropriate content titles in users names, but these user keep displaying at the bottom of the page.

Porn and X-Rate titles need to be blocked. It is alarming to see this content because it violates terms of services and the implied protection Mahalo claims to protect.

I'd love to help you out DavePamn but I have no idea what this sentence means.

And I am not sure what this has to do with "Mahalo Feedback Service"

What terms are being violated?

Look at the bottom of the "Do you have a Health Question Page". There are a list of recent users, some of them have inappropriate images and suggestive titles.

As I understand the terms of service, users with explicit images are titles are not allowed on the site. This suppose to be a family friendly site.

I checked today and noticed the same list of offensive titles were at the bottom of the page.
