Do you think this site is experiencing growing pains? & should a third party advocate be sought to protect us?

Every large company since the dawn of time has experienced what some might call internal saturation.

Employees all at each others throats patrons scrambling to get the next best thing and newbies getting trampled in the process.

Do you think there should be a neutral third party QA devision that are paid by the people to make sure that the people in the mahalo community have their best interests being looked out for?

EDIT/disclaimer:
& In no way am i wanting this task.

I don't think that's necessary at this time. I think that the Mahalo Answers community will come to a good equillibrium after Answers has been around for a while and is out of beta.

I am curious to your specific concerns. Your question is very vague, but implies that you have had some negative experiences regarding this. Are you willing to elaborate? If not publically, you could send an e-mail to feedback@mahalo.com or ask a private question to myself or anyone else who is listed as a guide...

What exactly do you think is a problem? So far everyone seems to love the system! If anyone folks need protection in Yahoo Answers and Wiki Answers where no one is paid and the content is very low quality!

Seriously, having our entire company--including the CEO (me!)--in the product every day will keep the community honest.

Also, this is the internet... if you don't like taking up residence here in our town you can always move on to the next town--or better yet, create your own!
