I think they should allow more tweeting depending on the user.
My brothers twitter account had over 100 followers on twitter.
Not to mention his twitter account is hooked up to his myspace where he has over 7200 friends.
So that is 7300 people who have the ability to view a tweet.
If they are offering money for tweeting then it should be different per users considering my brothers out reach is far surpassing others.
Stopping him at 10 is actually hurting mahalo because they are not getting those viewers from his twitter and myspace account.
These are users that are seeing these tweets.
.08 -.10M$ up to 1M$ is not bad I think we should have an increase tweeting button like a page management increase button.
where we can request more twittering to make more money if the promotion of the site is there.

The limit to 10 'paid' questions is good. It makes sure people don't start spamming Twitter just to rake in those M$.
Twitter is polluted with spam as it is right now, no reason to give an incentive to spam even more.

The reason for my caution is that Mahalo actually needs 2 things to grow. The first as you've identified is traffic. And as you've commented in the other questions more tweets could generate 'some' more traffic.
The second thing it needs is authority/respect. One of the reasons that some pages generate a large amount of clicks from Google is that Google sees Mahalo as a good and respected authority on subjects. Responsible tweeting can help that... irresponsible twitter spam would actually damage the earning potential of Mahalo as ranks would decrease and traffic from the search side would decrease.
There's a balance as to how many interesting twitter posts someone can put out in a day without seriously annoying their followers or being spotted as spam. I'd argue that for most people it would be hard to get out more than 20 interesting tweets in a day (including the 10 mahalo ones). I'm saying that as that gives at least 50% of your tweets as 'real content' from you, which is at the end of your day what your followers want.
If Oprah, Will Weaton or Stephen Fry wanted to tweet Mahalo questions then I'm sure that some arangement for a higher payment could be made, but for the rest of us mere mortals I don't think that increasing the payment level would make a difference, and it would risk decreasing Mahalo's reputation.

No, I don't think so. You can always tweet about mahalo questions, using your own Twitter account or www.bit.ly. The limit to 10 'paid' questions is good. It makes sure people don't start spamming Twitter just to rake in those M$.

Actually, no I don't. I never liked the monetary incentive of getting paid to twitter questions, but I can see the reasoning behind it.
As it is now, it's definitely the easiest M$0.10 you' can earn on this site.
No reason to increase that incentive.

in a way your right... however i think mahalo could actually generate more traffic with a better incentive... at least initally.. i dont see many people tweeting questions as it is so, or maybe mahalo can put the word out about getting money to tweet on there home page.. Just thinking overall that could generate some serious traffic. Eventually they can remove it all together.. I really think mahalo has potential of being like youtube traffic here. but sometimes i think from people i refered mahalo to they see 10 cents and say no i dont have the time for this. Or they see how long it will take to make a belt level etc and shun away.. I think those are the people we are missing here and that could mean double the visitors there already getting.. I think there getting 5 million a month, but then 10 million turns to 20 etc and so forth.

I think the problem might be that it's not obvious enough that we can even do that (and get paid for it).
I had no idea until @buddawiggi told me the other week that we can post 10 questions a day to Twitter and how it works.
Perhaps a good idea might be to allow us the payment for the first 10 per day, the way it is now, but then allow us to continue posting to Twitter in the same way only without payment?

Arguably there should be an increase for verified people with a large amount of followers (500+ ?) The reason for my caution is that Mahalo actually needs 2 things to grow. you make a good argument here, but i do think they should increase the amount of tweets when you reach a certain belt level, i havent seen much incentive to actually sit here hours on end answering questions just to get a tip... with a avg 30% best answer rating that means the people that answer questions will make money 30% of the time and at earnings of maybe 15 cents per avg best answer its not really worth it unless your answering 10 dollars questions. =)

I have a best answer % of 50%.
It's not the fault of the Mahalo system that makes people have less best answers, it's their lack of either knowledge of how Mahalo works or thier lack of listening skills when other users give them advice.

It should totally be based on audience out reach, belt level, and discretion of the moderators.
Agree with you totally.
I dont notice many people doing it anyway.
I usually get 10 or 9 m$ cents for tweeting meaning i am the first or second person to dot half the time.
I hope it stays the way.
I only need just a little over 15,000 points to get to the next belt level.. that might take a while but I will get there. Don't give up!
I feel as though you are one of the few that actually love to answer questions just for the hal of it.. and you are going to blow people away but for people like myself which there is many are going to get bored quickly with no light at the end of the tunnel.
Out of sheer curiosity... why do you want to level up to another belt? I don't think its going to unlock a huge amount of extra stuff for you. I'm genuinely curious. So if you feel like its hard work and there's other more 'fun' stuff to do on mahalo related stuff (building pages, promoting them, creating video content, blogging) then spend your time doing that
Overall ranking in pages could see a jump, and in general i think mahalo would not take a loss by giving a little more incentive for getting each next belt I think they would actually profit.
