Lastly, I am not a programmer, I know just enough HTML to be dangerous :) The site was built in Drupal.

The site seems to lack purpose, it is a mish-mash of different tabs and boxes. Create something that is immediately interesting, such as a top 10 of something......
I looked at the site and I really did not understand it and why it is needed. You need to be more clear and, perhaps make your language less geeky.
Organization is lacking. If you could simplify and categorize better and create a clear.
It is not good to start the page with an apology as well.

You are absolutely right! The hardest part now is to try and not be to geeky ;) It runs deep in me and sometimes (just like the site), I am a bit of a mish-mash (i.e. My Mahalo "Mash"up). Either way, I truly appreciate the criticism!!! Thanks!!!!

I suggest you put the purpose of your site on the homepage. I don't really understand what it's for. Don't expect people to watch your video if they don't know what the site is for...loading video takes some time so don't rly on that. You should also use cleaner graphics. Hope this helps!
