And... censoring goes against my First Amendment grain. In the US, you can say anything you want (except if it harms someone in the case of liable or slander as I understand it).
The KKK can say whatever they want (although I certainly don't like it). But so can those who have an idea to improve the world (even though it's harsh) like Martin Luther King. It's a wonderfully frightening right in the US.

Question

Can Josef Fritzl be morally censored?
I mean, I feel that Josef Fritzl needs to be silenced and stopped from continuing to magnifying the details of his crimes in HIS biased words for money and notoriety...if and when the story is to be told, it should be by the victim(s), otherwise, society would be providing a forum for this controlling "father" to remain Elisabeth's bully! Josef Fritzl does not want justice for his victims; his criminal lifestyle was "interrupted" and he wants to continue blaming and shaming his victims. A year ago, Elisabeth was still her father's captive sex slave in a tomb for a quarter century and now Josef Fritzl's ego wants to excuse and re-live his perversion in the spotlight. The truthful details of this serial rapist will be brought out by professionals in the upcoming trial.

I'm interested to understand more about what "morally" censored means. Morality is in the eyes of the beholder... And... censoring goes against my First Amendment grain. In the US, you can say anything you want (except if it harms someone in the case of liable or slander as I understand it).
