Thanks everyone... I'm really enjoying being here. The members and staff here have made this a great pace to be and its great that i can follow the fantastic example that others have set here.
In the interests of honesty, I'm pretty sure my tips given count isn't accurate. I certainly try and give tips back, but Its certainly not more than I've put in... I think it may have been due to a glitch in the Conundrum/Mahalo link....
IThanks for the feedback and I'm going to have a go at some pages and how tos when as soon as I get the chance

Brown Belt Test - @Psionandy: Pass 3/3
Once a Mahaloian reaches 8000 points they become eligible for their Brown Belt on Mahalo. However, that belt is only presented after Mahalo staff consult the members recent history and activity to see if that Mahaloian is in fact ready to become a Brown Belt. Today we test: @psionandy

I'm a big fan of @psionandy, and always look forward to reading his responses to my questions. He's one of the users I'd point to as really internalizing the "Mahalo Spirit" of helpfulness and mutual respect, and can constantly be seen encouraging other users and advising newer members of our community. As well, @psionandy has been a huge help to me in testing out and beefing up our ConundrumLand community, and for that I am very grateful. I'm pleased to welcome him to the Brown Belt Club today.

@Psionandy is a great researcher for Mahalo, always using trusted sources and always maintaining proper Mahalo Answers Etiquette. Psionandy has been incredibly helpful in helping new users with their Mahalo related questions. One of the highlights I've noticed from Psionandy is how much he gives back to the community by being rated 18th overall in tips given, in fact @psionandy has given more back to the community then they've earned and I believe that is incredible. Naturally, more work will need to be done in tasks and we'd like to see @psionandy get more engaged in page management before moving up to a black belt. Congrats on the brown belt @psionandy!

@Psionandy is one of our tech junkies who always leaves a great resourceful answer, you can tell the community agrees by his ranking of #44 for best answers. He is great at keeping an eye on the community and reports anything that doesn't belong. While he is at #93 for tips received he is ranked #18 meaning he has given more to the community than he has actually earned. I would like to see him start dipping into page management and creation while he moves on to the next belt level.
