Questions from tweets are usually more simple and only one sentence long. Questions posted by users on the site can be much more detailed. Also when people see that a question is posted by a Mahalo member, I think they are more inclined to provide an answer. You are right about the large amount of tweets coming in at a time. It can be a little overwhelming and it's easy for the tweets to get passed on when so many come in at the same time.

Are questions asked by tweeters less interesting?
Just wondering if it is because there is so many coming it at once or its that many find the questions uninteresting. Why is it that less people view and answer tweets than a question from someone logged into the site?
