I would very much like to nominate @windowshopping for her very thoughtful, wise, and well-reasoned answer to this question:

Can I dye my cat with food coloring? Are there any dangers?

She is the eloquent voice of reason that made a very valid argument better than I ever could. THIS is the type of answer I love to see on Mahalo!

Today I would like to nominate @robbrown for answering a conundrum's question.

Here is it are-private-schools-better-than-public-schools-as-far-as-the-discipline-and-education-are-concerned

He discussed here about his opinion further. I think he is right and nice answer. I always like explain about my answer what he did.

I'd like to welcome white belt newcomer @oliviaoherien to Mahalo by giving them my nomination for Answer of the Day today, below is the question and answer.

"At age 16, what is some of the appropriate work can a teenager be employed to, as he still studies full time?" (sic)

The best platform you ever use Windows or Linux???

This is a well written answer with details of each OS in question and also commenting on the merits of MacOS. Choosing an OS platform depends on so many factors including the cost and this answer outlines a general issues and advantages, thus helping the asker.

I have nominated @expertknowledge for his answer to

Which would you rather own and why? A purebred cat or dog, or a rescue/pound cat or dog?

I think his answer clearly identifies the reason mutts make good pets.

Most people don't know that there are many health problems that arise from MAKING a "beautiful" animal.

It's just a good piece of info to think about for anyone planning to own a pet. I am not discouraging the ownership of purebreds because I agree that they are beautiful animals too.
