Running Parrallels, how do I get Windows icons onto the bottom Menu Bar of OS so its easier to navigate between the two systems?

Running OS and Vista on Mac.

The best way to navigate between the two systems is to use Spaces on the Mac. Go to System Preferences and click on Expose & Spaces and enable the feature. The configure it to "place" Parallels in Space 2. Startup Windows and whatever app you want to run. You can switch between Mac and Windows by pressing the CMD and > buttons simultaneously.
