As you haven't mentioned complete details about the song so its unpredictable about its lyrics but still do it in any of the following way:
1.Goto lyricsmode.com and search for your songs lyrics.There you will find many results but you may choose your's and on the next page you will be able to see the translation option where you can convert it in desired language.
2.The second option is find the lyrics of the song from any lyrics site and then translate it using Google translate(translate.google.com) or Yahoo translate.
Hope it will solve your problem.

Thanks but If I would have found it that way I wouldn't have posted it here. I was looking for someone who already had the English lyrics.
