a good friend, no matter what happens in life you will always need a good friend. lovers come and go but friends are like family.
however if you can incorporate both then you cant lose

Truthfully, I think it would be better to have a good friend and a lover. I know that my husband is both my best friend and my lover, and I wouldn't have it any other way. Personally if I had to choose, I would pick a good friend because being a good lover is something that can always be learned at a later date if you are willing to teach. I hope that this is the answer that you are looking for.
