I have done some research on this and I have found the best ones to be match.com and eharmony.com. Both of them are subscription based. There are free solutions out there, but remember, you get what you pay for. With Match. com, you can search for people based on your requirements. Eharmony is different because they pick the matches for you and send them to you.

I would suggest you make sure they are reputable and find out how many
years they have been in business. If you have to pay for a service, the results
are usually better. You dont want them sending you names of a nutcase.
EHarmony checks people out, and Match.com seem to be reputable also.
But remember to always check the company out first. GOOD LUCK
