If you mean feelings people have that can render them powerless, then I think apathy fits the bill

Although this word does not fit in with any of the examples you gave, which were all strong emotions, I feel apathy would be more likely to make someone powerless. No one is truly powerless unless they forfeit their own power. Ceasing to care, giving up...these are the things that make one powerless.
