Best ways to deal with people who are mean on purpose:

1. Avoid the person at the first instance.

2. Then also, if the person follows you for some work or some mean thing, try to tell him/her that I can do this work on my own and I do not need your help because it is possible that after joining you as a assistant, this person will steal away all the credit from you.

3. Tell your friends and colleagues at work that you know this person is mean and is only here to get his/her work done.

4. The most important point is that when you have identified a person who you think is mean, do not fall prey to his/her kind attitude which is just the outer covering, and you know the inner self is mean.

P.S: I have written this advice when and as it came to mind and I have not taken help from any source on the net or other.

according to me we should not keep any kind of deal with them ...
in certain cases .if we have to deal also then we should keep them bay away just talk to them about their work .
there is no need of keeping relationship with them so it will prevent their hurting attitude.
MAY GOOD KEEP YOU AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE

The best way is to pretend they don't exist - if someone wants to waste their time saying things to upset other people, let them do it, but don't waste your time worrying about it! :)

The best way is to kill them with kindness! Just act like everything they say is not even worth your time! If you have to deal with this person on a daily bases and find it to hard to cope with there attitude try to find the root of the problem and addressing it. But you shouldent give anyone's feeling consideration if they obviously dont care about yours so ignoring them and laughing is the best way to deal with such a childish manner! Hope it gets better for you!

tell them that they are bothering you buy the things they are doing i would try to stay away from that person tell they get the hint and hopefully change
