There's no real answer to that, beyond saying that it's a set of emotional responses towards someone or something, usually of joy and passion. It's hard to define a feeling. Or:
What is love?
Oh baby, don't hurt me
Don't hurt me, no more

Love is a chemical reaction in the brain better simulated with chocolate. Chocolate will not betray you and you always know the outcome of getting involved with it. Chocolate will never stab you in the back or steal your John Cusack collection or drown you in emotionally toxic baggage. I say stick with chocolate.
