Talk to your Husband about it. Let him know the situation if he doesn't realize it already, tell him to talk to her to let her know that that kind of behavior is unacceptable. Let him know that her actions are hurting you and that he vowed to honor and protect you. It may be a challenge convincing him to to act against his mother, but you must tell him that having her not support your marriage makes you feel that he tolerates doubts on your marriage.

My vote is move out. If the MIL is that blatant about what she is doing, it doesn't seem like any amount of reasoning with her will help. It seems like your best bet is distance.

Move very far away from her, like canada, and tell the canadians shes one drugs so they don't let her in.
