Normally from experience if you start into a new relationship and right off the bat there like i love you. I want to be with you forever. Then its normally not real love, they have more than likely told this to many other people and didnt really mean it. They are just trying to get you to believe them and fall for them therefore you will do more like taking big steps, spending money on them exc. Saying i love you is a very serious step that can lead into many more things. Whenever someone is saying i love you constantly and its getting annoying to even say it back then this means that this isnt right for you. I Love you should only be said whenever you have been in the relationship for X number of days and you feel it deep in your heart.

If you say "I love you" because you feel love for someone and you like saying it, that's great. You should not feel you have to convince yourself. Think about what do you really feel and let that feeling (maybe love) grow inside you. In my opinion, this is the only way, that you can feel comfortable saying "I love you." Beause it is real.
