I said a very bad thing to my mom but I was right in the situation of the argument. What should I do/ how should I say sorry?

I was really mad at my mom and I told her that I wish thaat she didn't have me. She cried for the very first time infront of me, and I don't know what I should do now. She did so many things wrong to me in the situation, so i'm not sorry about that, but I feel very guilty in telling her that I shouldn't have been born.

Just be upfront and tell her you're sorry. Parents aren't perfect, they will make mistakes, just as children do. For me, when I've really messed up (but still a bit angry at the person too) I tend to put everything in a letter. That way, all my feelings can come out along with a heartfelt apology without having someone argue back. Bonus - it can be written and re-written until it has just the right tone you're looking for, and can be erased when something comes across more harsh than you intended.
