I dont think there is anything wrong with giving a man a ring my husband got one and has no problem telling people. Y is it wrong?

Are you saying that it was given as just a gift or he was proposed to by you? I don't think there is anything wrong either way with that, but it kind of goes against tradition, that's the only thing people may think is wrong about it.
