Funny thing about his book, Bruce was in town at a Borders corporate headquarters, where some friends work, and he was signing books. My husband and I couldn't get away from work, so we asked our friends to get a copy of this book autographed for us, which they did. Bruce wrote the inscription:
"Thanks, you a-----es for not coming down in person, Bruce Campbell"

Somehow I treasure it more than a generic greeting.
