Yes, that would be a homosexual affair. Up to 50% girls report experimenting with homosexual or bisexual behavior when were young. they do not consider themselves as gay or bi , because they do not continue with that orientation.

Not necessarily. Maybe she simply wanted to experience it for a while (aka bi-curious), and it is possible that she is simply bi-sexual.

Even if she is 100% attracted to women and only women, there is also the possibility that she will change her mind again.

I heard that number while in college, but I can't find it in the text that was given as the source.
However I did find that in her book "The Developing Person" Kathleen Berger gives a smaller number of 10% of heterosexual adults reported having same-sex experiences or desires during adolescents. (pg 429)
