First... recognize that they love you and that they're not getting a divorce because of you. Unfortunately, some people don't know that they need to love their children more than they hate each other (thanks, Judge Judy!).

Second, you might want to take the lessons being presented to you. How you want (or don't want) your relationships to go... How you deal with problems well or not well.

Third, remember that you will get through this. Find the supports from other family members. Perhaps find a professional to talk to. Find someone you admire who might have gone through this as well so you can get some feedback. Do NOT isolate yourself... that is the path to depression.
