Cougar – an older woman who sexually pursues men at least 8 years their junior . A woman in her forties is considered a Cougar. If the woman is in her thirties, she is considered a Puma.

That's an interesting question, and rather difficult too.

I'll start by saying 40. I'm 35, and most of the 35 year old ladies I know are still pretty much in the okay range - but then again, I hear that 40 is the "new 30..."
Maybe that has something to do with it!
