Any ideas for a forfeit?

Me and a friend have a contest going on. Whoever loses has to do a forfeit, but we couldn't come up with any decent ideas. So we decided to put it to the Answers community.

One of us is a girl and one is a guy, so can you come up with a forfeit specific to each person?
