Mine is the episode titled "Every Man for Himself" from the third season of Lost. It is the one that goes deep into Sawyer's past and reveals just what made him the way he is today. Also in this episode Sawyer and Kate where held captive by the "others" and held in cages.

Actually, any episode where Sawyer gives anyone a nickname more than twice is a great episode.

I'd say the one where Hurley and...Charlie and...Sawyer (I think) discovered the old Dharma van. Watching them take a joy ride around in that beautiful scenery was great. Ben's dad was kinda ghoulish, but it was a nice contrast. Actually, any episode where Sawyer gives anyone a nickname more than twice is a great episode.
