''Lost'' season premiere-- is it worth watching?

I cannot wait to see it!  My biggest dilemma is do I watch it "live", or wait to watch it on my DVR so I can fast forward through the commercials.  Still haven't decided. 

I think it's going to be great!  (Plus, I read that there's going to be a lot of Sawyer this season!

There are supposed to be a new plot to the show, supposed to be a little less confusing, but who knows I will be watching, just to see.

The nonsense is what keeps me coming back for more. There are few things in life more precious than watching people (for example) pull their hair trying to figure out what is going on in the show. Especially when there's nothing to figure out.
