You should read this week's Entertainment Weekly. It lists these spoilers:
1. Jin is not dead
2. The smoke monster is back
3. The island is a big time machine (you probably already know that)
4. If they can get Locke's dead body back to the island something big will happen (since he is alive on the island, just not in the present)
5. Most of the characters that left the island go back to help out the others
Hope that's what you're looking for. The first couple episodes are going to be really complex due to the time continuum issues that have been introduced into the plot. They are going waaaaay sci-fi this year.
