Disney is not offering any current deals on 1 day tickets but Vons supermarkets may have discounted 1 day tickets for sale. Call ahead to see if Vons has any. To find a Von's store go to: http://www.vons.com/ifl/grocery/store-locator.
The Anaheim-Orange County Visitor Convention Bureau is offering $50 to $80 off coupons for three to five day passes at http://hotels.anaheimoc.org/1282_attraction-tickets_a18.html?ticketID=2061
This savings is substantial when compared to the "deals" Disney is publishing on their own website http://disneyland.disney.go.com/disneyland/en_US/reserve/ticketListing?name=TicketListingPage&bhcp=1
While I wish I had more to help you out with I hope this does do you some good.

-Free Admission on your Birthday: During 2009, you can get into Disneyland free on your birthday. Just bring a valid ID that includes proof of your birth date to the ticket booth.
-Southern California CityPass: If you're planning on visiting some of Southern California's other attractions during your trip, this one is your best bet. You can get 3-Day Disneyland Tickets, tickets for one day each at Universal Studios, SeaWorld and your choice of a ticket to the San Diego Zoo OR San Diego Zoo's Wild Animal Park. The total discount is approximately 30%, and you can buy the passes online in advance, or at the gate of any of the participating attractions.
-ARES Travel offers small discounts on Disneyland California tickets and you can also reserve character breakfasts through them. They deliver by FedEx for a $10 fee and you can also order by phone at 800-680-0977.
-Buy online not at the ticket booth: You can get Disneyland discount tickets if you buy them online in advance. Prices can be up to $50 per ticket less than what you'd pay at the gate. Print at home or to get them in the mail.
-Disneyland Specials: From time to time, Disney offers special discounts. The most common is adding a couple of extra days to a multi-day ticket for free. From this page, click the Special Offers link to see them.
-Shorten Your Stay: Another way to save money is to spend fewer days in the parks, but this doesn't mean you can't do everything. Normal visitors spend more time in line than doing anything else, but you know better. With an inexpensive subscription to Ridemax software, you can stay out of line and easily do in two days what it takes most people three to four days to cover. In fact, I once used it to do almost all of Disneyland in a single day and had time to spare.
-Stay Away from Auctions: Some people buy 5-Day passes, use two or three days and try to sell the remaining time in online auctions. However, these tickets state in writing, "Not For Sale. Non Transferable, Must be used by the same person, all days," and this practice is not recommended.

Call them, call the hotels nearby, call the next tourism agency, see what are the deals plane/hotel/disney or hotel/disney and for how many people and kids, see if your neighbors would try to get a deal with you (they are usually best deals for 10 people or so). Then you pick the best deal! Always ask if there is a different price for a different day of the week.
