Even if they are a minor they will figure it out...Google doesn't make it that hard to take off the safe search. If the parent has a block up then they won't get to it...but ultimately most teens get curious personally I think it's natural. If I was a mother and had a teen I would rather them look at pictures then be out there doing the real thing and coming home to tell me I'm going to be a grandma....
Not trying to be rude though...just my opinion.
