You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

Here is a low carb recipe for your reference. (The whole dish contains carbo level of 1.8 gms only)

Saunfia cottage cheese cubes
---------------------------------------
(serves four, time required 30 minutes)
ingredients-> 250 gms cottage cheese, salt to taste, 1/2 tsp(2gms) white pepper powder, 1 tsp(5gms) ginger paste, 1 tsp ( 5 gms) brown onion paste, 1.5 tsp (7 gms) saunf paste

Preparation:
---------------
Cut the cottage cheese into 10 cm square slices. Mix together salt, pepper powder, ginger paste, brown onion paste and saunf(larger variety cummin seeds) Apply it to the cottage cheese slices and keep aside for 15 minutes, so that the cottage cheese absorbs the flavor and taste of the marination. Arrange them on skewers(sheekh) and cook in a clay oven(tandoor or barbeque oven) till you get the aroma(smell) of saunf.

Serve hot with tomato slices, lettuce and green chutney(paste of green chilly and corriander leaves)

The above recipe is very famous in Indian restaurants and we really relish eating the same by making at home also.

This is a home made recipe. Please feel free to post your comments.

Have a nice day.
