Looking for an affordable stay near Disneyland... what are the best hotels that don't cost too much?

Tip for best answer: M$0.25
Separate topics with commas, or by pressing return. Use the delete or backspace key to edit or remove existing topics.

You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

I highly recommend staying within a mile from the Disneyland park in Anaheim. I have used a bidding strategy to maximize the number of rebids with priceline.com and have gotten nice 4 star hotels near Disneyland for 1/2 off before - cheaper than some of the really cheap 2 and 3 star hotels. Here are some details on the strategy:

Hope this helps.

Honestly the Buena Park Embassy Suites is fantastic.

Shuttles all day, full breakfast made to order, happy hour, a separate front room from the bedroom (hence the name "Suites").

All of these perks for the price make it the best deal in town. Book it with a Travel Agent (or possibly online) and get a package deal.
