I have a baby back ribs recipe that is so simple to make, and tastes exceptional. All you need is a bottle of your favorite barbecue sauce, and a few racks of baby back ribs.
Take your largest roasting pan and cover it with foil. This will make cleaning up easy. Now take your ribs, add salt and pepper and meat tenderizer on both sides and place in the roasting pan. Cook on 250 degrees for 2 or 3 hours; then cover with barbecue sauce and grill until finished. The results are terrific, and the meat will melt in your mouth.
