Looking for a poll I can put on my website that people can vote up/down by number rank, not percentage?

I've seen these on some websites before, Engadget I believe.

For example, the original poll would look like this

1. San Diego
2. Santa Barbara
3. Santa Cruz

After two votes have been placed for Santa Cruz, it would now be at the top of the list

1. Santa Cruz
2. San Diego
3. Santa Barbara
Tip for best answer: M$1.00
Separate topics with commas, or by pressing return. Use the delete or backspace key to edit or remove existing topics.

You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

If you would like an entire page dedicated to upvoting/downvoting you should check out Slinkset. You can set for upvotes only too! Design is fully customizable. Here is an example of how it is used and a link to their website:

It would fairly easy to program that. Just do a sort based on the vote count for the row of your database.

I think this guy is looking for something he can plug in easily without needing too much technical knowledge.
