Looking for a place to go on vacation in September. Can you help?

Ok, I consider taking a small vacation but in September. When you answer this question, please keep in mind that:
I’m from Europe and a European destination is what I’m looking for.
I’d like to go somewhere near a sea or an ocean.
Price range: $0-1000/person. All included.
France is not an option because I was there 2 times this year.
Germany is not an option because I hate the language and I already saw that country.
So, can you help me to find a nice place to visit?

Separate topics with commas, or by pressing return. Use the delete or backspace key to edit or remove existing topics.

You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

Why not consider Croatia, on the dalmation coast. This is a beautiful coastline, and you have so many choices, all along the coastline. First of all, in Sept. the prices go down slightly. July and August are always the most expensive! There are many Hotels or you could rent a self contained Apt. (This is cheaper than hotels, but you do your own cooking)There are still many bed and breakfast places to be found, but the trend on the coast now are Apartments). I am sorry I cannot put some video or pictures here on my answer, as I am trying to learn this at the moment! But can just tell you a few places that are worth visiting. If you want to travel around on your holiday, you would be better to stay in Split as this has the best ferry conections to the Islands. The Islands of Hvar, and Brac are well worth visiting). But if you decide to stay in one place, try Tucepi (1 hr,20 min drive from Split), as this is a wonderful resort, with a beautiful beach, plenty of lovely little restaurants, and interesting surrounding villages, all in close range. You should look up some good Websites, like Makarskariviera.com or Tucepi) You will see lots of great info. I will suggest two good hotels in Tucepi, Hotel Alga, or hotel/appts Afrodita. You just go on the Bluesunhotels website for the info. The weather in Sept. is usually beautiful, and the evenings are nice and cool. The sea is usually between 23-26c. Hope this info has helped you, and if you do decide to choose Croatia, Dalmatia, I know you will have a memorable holiday! Good Luck.

Tunisia. Its not in Europe, but there are many gorgeous resorts and really interesting towns to roam and explore. I would recommend rosa beach. We had a great all inclusive and enjoyed ourselves. Otherwise I would say Greece or San Sebastian in Spain---Barcelona is amazing too!
