Looking for a great place to make t-shirts, know of cafepress...any other ideas?
You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

Try www.zazzle.com. I have used both them and Cafe Press to make products to sell and raise money for our rescue, Rascally Rabbit Rescue. Take a look! It hasn't been updated in a while, but you can visit my sites at www.zazzle.com/rascallyrabbits* and www.cafepress.com/rascallyrabbit and www.cafepress.com/isabunny. It's a lot of fun and we have sold calendars and stuff as well!
You can also try www.vistaprint.com if you want to make stuff just for you or your business use. You can't sell them online through that site, but it works well.
