I'm planning to come back to London next year to study English and hopefully complete an internship. Anyone know any cheap accommodation?
I'm thinking a homestay might be the best option..

Have you thought of staying with a host family in a homestay? I did it a few years ago it was pretty good and much cheaper than staying in a hostel/residence etc. I stayed with a family I found from www.londonhomestays.com and studied in Central London. My course included a 6-week internship and I stayed the whole time with one family. My room was pretty comfortable and the host mother was an ok cook. Made my stay a lot cheaper as I was staying in a cheap hotel to start but still paying £55 per night. The homestay was about £170 per week and included meals!
