log-in to FarmVille

I consistently experience problems trying to log-in to FarmVille. I have tried thru FaceBook and also a web site named Legacy. I'm looking for opinions as to what I may be doing wrong. I'm very new to FarmVille, and also not the most computer-literate person in this world!!!

Any suggestions/help would be so appreciated.
