Given the reviews I found, it is a bit of a toss-up between the Schwartz Plumbing Company and Rural Plumbing & Heating Inc.

Schwartz has 4 very good to excellent ratings talking about the professionalism and quality of work. There is one bad review with Schwartz, where the customer was not satisfied with the price and the plumber performed the work without giving a quote in advance.

As for Rural Plumbing & Heating, Inc., most of the recent reviews are excellent, except one complaining about the receptionist (didn't actually use the service). Many of the reviews are from people that have repeatedly used the service and been very satisfied. There are some older reviews (2-4 years) that complain of rudeness and lack of customer service, but with one exception this appears to have been corrected.
