Muscovy Duck Breast : 32
pineapple miso, bok choy,
hon shimeji, eggplant
Last time I was there I had dinner and dessert on the deck during a sunset. The experience + food were both phenomenal.
I would also look at chowhound's answers for a question similar to yours (http://chowhound.chow.com/topics/83603)

Where can I find fresh duck in San Diego?
I'd like to do a roast duck for our holiday meal, and although I know of some places that sell roast duck, I'm wanting to try my hand at roasting it myself.

Most Oriental grocery stores sell fresh duck. I would try Vien Dong in Linda Vista. 12-13 bucks is a good price for one. 6937 Linda Vista Rd

Or you can try 99 Ranch:
7330 Clairemont Mesa Blvd, San Diego, CA - (858) 565-7799

Thanks for the suggestions! The number for Vien Dong is no longer in service, unfortunately, and the people at 99 Ranch say they're very busy and can't answer the phone. I'll check in person tomorrow. Thanks for narrowing down my search!

If you are going out, I would recommend George's by the cove in the La Jolla area. Other than that I wouldn't know. Here's a snippet from their menu. Muscovy Duck Breast : 32
pineapple miso, bok choy,
hon shimeji, eggplant

Thanks, but I'm looking for a place to buy the duck, uncooked. Already working the chowhound angle, too : http://chowhound.chow.com/topics/581244#4262332

They do have fresh duck, but only Muscovy, and it's $12/pound. Good price on the frozen, though. Thanks for the answer!
