Charlie's on Broadway.
-One of the best atmospheres in Seattle as well as some truly special food. It is a mix of Italian and American foods with a few curve balls thrown in like pot stickers. The food is fairly simple but done so well I know several people who won't eat a Reuben, unless it's a Charlies Reuben. Or a Monte Christo. Or a spinach salad.
-They have many specials on a revolving basis but on their specials menu is always a creative vegetarian entree. I'm not talking tofu. They make a variety of classic meat dishes with different vegetable based substitutes like field roast. Meatloaf, taco salad, the aforementioned Reuben. Also the Spicy Black Bean or Portabella burger.
-There are happy hour prices in the bar on a limited menu but the dinner menu is one of the most reasonably priced places in town.
We love the place and go there anytime we can. It's even where the pic we used for our avatar was taken.

There's amazing seafood there and you don't have to do anything fancy to find it.

What restaurant OR vendor has the best special(s) in Seattle?
This is pretty open. In terms of quality, or portion quantity; can be drink specials, day-of-the-week specials, and even can be bias to your personal favorite food, as long as it has some kind of significant food/drink special in Seattle city limits.
