I know when I am happy because I am inspired to create and do things. I sing a lot when I am happy or turn on the stereo loud to upbeat music and I dance. There are many manifestations of my happiness. My friends and family know when I am happy when they can hear my laughter up to the corner of the street. OK, not really up to that but they can hear my laughter in the next room when we are inside the house.

I play with my children and smile a lot when I am happy. I am usually talkative and bubbly when I am happy and I silent when I am sad. I know when I am really happy when I have no worries and I don't dwell on problems. It is hard sometimes to be genuinely happy when there are so many things to attend to and many problems to solve. But at the end of the day before I close my eyes, I pray for God's grace and I can see clearly the blessings that He generously poured upon me. I start to smile, because I am so blessed to have a wonderful life, a loving family, supportive friends, best of health, and most of all to know that God never forsake me if I just constantly turn to him. That thought makes me very happy more than anything in the world.
