yes. time for health, exercise, relaxing, fun, work, thinking, dreaming, time with family friends. put your best thinking time in a certain time. take care of yourself. reach out to others. be organized without being too rigid to change your sails when a hard wind hits you (metaphorically speaking) :)

Answered Question

Mahalo is adding a tip to all questions that don't offer a tip.
Does anyone strictly compartmentalize their time during the day? How?
I am thinking that consistency is the way to lead a successful life, and am trying to think of some high level partition categories to dedicate time to. Like "cleaning - 1 hour a day" "hygiene - 30 minutes a day" "exercise - 1 hour a day." Have you added anything like this to your lifestyle?

I don't assign time specifically to anything during the day. But I usually have a mental note of what are the things to be finished in a day. I don't like to plan it detailed. But mostly the things are gotten done, like exercise, making food, cleaning , being online, doing hobbies etc
