Why was an arrest warrant issued for lindsay lohan for her beverly hills 2007 drunken driving conviction?
Didn't she already deal with this stuff a while ago? Is there a new charge pending?

The people in charge of the alcohol eduction program that she was a member of, alerted the court system that she was not complying with her probation rules. It doesn't have anything to do with an alcohol test, but it does have to do with her being enrolled in the alcohol education program.
