I am skeptical that the United States, even under an Obama administration, would ever permit an international court to arrest President Bush or anyone else in his administration on war crimes charges.

• I think your it doesn't even matter if they did commit war crimes, nobody will be able to do anything about it, except for Americans.

All members that way the ones that eventually get excluded from trial do so for reasons that have a consensus

But here is the rub, Congress had the duty to enforce the US constitution and id not in their vote..should they be on trial?

None... There have been plenty of Administrations that have fought wars both with the approval of the people and without. "Honorable" wars and dishonorable. For a country with as much power as the US, it'll never happen.

Just follow the money...
