You will need to speak to a lawyer, a CC license is basically a copyright license with rules you have set, so if people are using your work in a way that is outlined as unlawful in the license then you have a right to use the law to make them stop.

If it is a violation of someone else's work, then contact the owner of the work being violated to make sure they know it is being used in the way it is, it is then their choice to take further action
